Meet Jessica, 35year old mother of 3. She just divorced her husband of 8 years after recently finding out he was in love with another partner. During that breakup, Jessica found herself in mere depression which triggered an eating disorder known as Night Eating Syndrome . “I don’t know how I allowed myself to lose control. I mean, I love myself and children but I was hurt, you know just hurt. Food was my outlet “Jessica shared as she broke down during the interview held with her late July in Los Angeles California. Jessica was asked to share a typical meal day and to track her eating for several days. Exhibit A illustrates what Jessica typically ate prior to her lifestyle change.
During the interview, Jessica shared that her children’s’ friends would make fun of her when she attended school field trips. They would say things such as, your mom is the same size as that whale. One child yelled out during a trip to the San Diego Zoo . “I just knew I had to get control of my weight. I was more hurt and embarrassed for my children. That’s something I can’t live with,” Stated Jessica.
It was that moment Jessica decided to take charge with her life. While roaming on Instagram she came across a weight loss program offered by Body Fit Me . The company specialized in linking her to a top personal trainers and nutritionist in her area for personalized workout sessions and provided an ongoing nutritional guide. From there, the sky was the limit. Jessica signed up for the Training & Nutrition Packages for 1 year and the fat started to melt off. Jessica listed in 1:1 training sessions; 3 days out the week followed by 5 days of cardio/ flexibility training to regain mobility and improve cardiovascular health.
